Plication plasty for penile curvature in the outpatient clinical setting

چکیده
Samenvatting Een kromstand van de penis, ziekte Peyronie, kan leiden tot seksuele problemen en dyspareunie bij partner, maar ook een verminderd zelfbeeld onzekerheid. Behandeling is geïndiceerd als coïtus moeilijk of pijnlijk is. De meest succesvolle behandeling om stand te corrigeren chirurgisch. klassieke operatie omvat circumcisie deglovement vindt plaats op operatiekamer. Wij ontwikkelden minimaal invasieve voorhuidsparende plicatieplastiek die poliklinisch onder lokale anesthesie wordt uitgevoerd evalueerden resultaten 21 plicatieplastieken werden tussen oktober 2019 december 2021. Uit blijkt dat deze plastiek veilig, succesvol patiëntvriendelijk lokaalanesthesie worden uitgevoerd. tevredenheid patiënten over ingreep groot het functionele resultaat goed. Met onze kunnen kosten kostbare operatietijd bespaard.
